KA MDS21 – Calibration Jig for Absorbing Clamps MDS 21 C
The calibration jig KA MDS21 is used to calibrate the clamp factor CF and decoupling factors DF and DR of absorbing clamps of the type MDS 21 C. The clamp factor CF is calculated from measured S21-data and the jig transfer factor JTF according to CISPR 16-1-3. The decoupling factor DR is measured with a CDN and the supplied short inner conductor according Fig. B.9 of CISPR 16-1-3. The flange A is located in the center position for DR-measurements. The decoupling factor DF is measured together with the supplied secondary absorbing device SAD and the supplied long inner conductor as depicted in CISPR 16-1-3 Fig. B. 8. The flange A is set to the end position for DF-measurements. Flange B and the SAD are equipped with dielectric neutral spacers, which allow a reproducable alignment of all components in the jig.
