HFRA 5153 – Transmit Loop Antenna for Calibrations
The loop, consisting of one turn, is shielded against E-fields. The nickel-plated brass housing contains a series resitor of 10 Ohm, which is used to monitor the loop current using a high impedant voltage measuring equipment (e.g. Oscilloscope, Voltmeter). The loop current (monitor voltage) is directly proportional to the generated Magnetic Field-strength.
The HFRA 5153 is equipped with two female BNC-connectors. One of them can be used to feed the loop, the other can be used to monitor the voltage with a voltmeter (high impedance).
The HFRA 5153 loop can be mounted on a tripod (e.g. AM 9144) and comes with a female camera thread 3/8″
