The impedance presented by the unbalanced VHF-LISN to each terminal of the EUT AC mains port is different (not symmetrical), resulting in an unbalanced load. This leads to a controlled conversion of differential-mode currents to common-mode currents, which depends on the value of the termination impedances, as it would occur with an unbalanced AC mains power network. This device complies with the standard CISPR 16-1-4 / Ed. 5
